Green Light Driving School was recently founded by J.C. Keefer.  Mr. Keefer has taught Driver Education for over 20 years at Montoursville Area School district.  J.C. has also coached high school athletics for the past 20 years and has the patience, motivation, and knowledge to engage new drivers in a positive way.
